Framing
We use high-quality framers, and exclusively Advantech & Advantech X-Factor subflooring — not just glued, but also screwed down — for industry-leading floor stiffness. LVL girders and I-Joists result in world-class performance, but fantastic floors can be delivered by dimensional joists, as well.
ZIP System
Zip System provides superior moisture resistance both during construction and after you move in. It is very difficult to install properly, but when a trusted team installs it, the results can be world-class for air quality and building health.
Zip System also forms a physical barrier against bugs & humidity — protecting your health, possessions, and even the structure of your home.
When coupled with a dedicated dehumidifier and intentional, scientific HVAC sizing (manual J calculations) and thoughtful setup, humidity can be controlled year-round. This, along with proper HVAC sanitization systems, can reduce microbial growth on all surfaces and objects in the house.
Masonry
We use highest quality masons, beautiful bricks, and stunning mortar colors, as well as gorgeous Roma Bio masonry paint — the highest quality brick paint available, rolled on thick.
Roofing
Our roofing contractors are the absolute cream of the crop, and it shows.
Cleanliness
A clean job site results in higher quality work. Messes will be made, of course, but we clean often, and expect crews to do the same.
